Like many other years at L&M Radiator, 2023 was marked by growth from within. To congratulate the people who make L&M possible, here are some of the team members who were granted promotions this year.
Anyone who has ever worked on or with the L&M Radiator team has no doubt as to why the company is the worldwide leader that it is today – it’s our people. That’s why so many of L&M’s employees have worked with the company for decades on end – because when you have something good, you stick by it.
We feel the same. Over the years, we’ve witnessed the L&M team jump into action without hesitation when a customer is in need of support. We’ve witnessed incredible problem-solving from some of the greatest engineering minds in the industry. And, most of all, we’ve witnessed the steadfast determination to lend a helping hand where it is needed, time and time again. Our worldwide team has built a reputation of being there for each other – and we couldn’t be more proud.
When a company is made of people as great as ours, you don’t waste any opportunity to celebrate their hard work and expertise.
So, without further ado, we are proud to announce the following promotions. Congratulations to all of these hardworking, determined employees:
Carl Heick, 3rd Shift Tubing Supervisor
Yankton, South Dakota
Heick started out at L&M Radiator in 2010 as a Tube Machine Operator. He was recently appointed a 3rd Shift Tubing Supervisor.
Dustin Whipple, 3rd Shift Assembly Supervisor
Yankton, South Dakota
Whipple began his career at L&M Radiator in 2014 as an Assembler. He was recently promoted to 3rd Shift Assembly Supervisor.
Nate Trask, Drafter/Designer
Hibbing, Minnesota
Trask has been at L&M Radiator since 2017. After a 2-year run as Welding Backup Supervisor, 6 years as a welder, Trask has been promoted to Drafter/Designer.
Kristina Cap, Training Program Manager
Yankton, South Dakota
Cap started at L&M Radiator as a Tube Machine Operator in 2019. It wasn’t long before she transferred from Operations to become a Human Resources Representative at the Yankton, SD plant. Cap was recently promoted to Training Program Manager at L&M’s Hibbing, MN facility.
Jeff Uhrbom, Machine Shop Supervisor
Hibbing, Minnesota
Uhrbom has been with the company since 2002 when he got his start as a Production Engineer. To ring in his 11th year at L&M Radiator, Uhrbom was recently promoted to Machine Shop Supervisor.
Tyler Eliason, Tubing Supervisor
Hibbing, Minnesota
Eliason joined L&M Radiator in 2018 as a Tube Machine Operator. He was recently promoted to Tubing Supervisor.
Jamie TenEyck, Chief Financial Officer
Hibbing, Minnesota
TenEyck has held the position of Corporate Controller of L&M Radiator since 2015. In 2023, TenEyck has recently been named Chief Financial Officer of L&M Radiator.
Holly Minne, Vice President and General Manager
Hibbing, Minnesota
Minne joined L&M Radiator in 1995 as Controller in the company’s Finance and Accounting Department. In 2014, Minne was named the company’s Chief Financial Officer. 2023, she was recently promoted to Vice President and General Manager.
Quaid Fetkenheuer, Quality Coordinator
Hibbing, Minnesota
Fetkenheuer joined L&M Radiator in 2020 as a Welding Apprentice. In 2022 he was promoted to Program Training Manager. Fetkenheuer has been promoted to Quality Coordinator effective Jan. 1, 2024.
Jeremy Jensen, Quality Manager
Hibbing, Minnesota
Jensen joined L&M Radiator 22 years ago as a welder. In 2010, Jensen was promoted to Welding Supervisor. In 2021, Jensen was promoted to Quality Coordinator. Jensen will be promoted to Quality Manager effective Jan. 1, 2024. Read more about Jensen in his employee spotlight, here.
